Amelia Bloomer. basically said i can't do anything in crinoline and corsets so got the persian vibe to wear loose pants and a loose top, known as The Bloomer Costume

and then they got shorter and were more for physical activities such as bike riding. They nicknamed them bloomers.

my best friend just made this bow for me on my last day of work and i've been wearing it all day!!!! i love big pink bows! un petite marie antoinette dans moi.
