she's learning to drape and sew. she's really got the eye for it. some how she draped the most beautiful evening gown out of a bed sheet. we were going to make it and dye it and take pictures but we just didn't have the time, we started sewing and ....she had to go

she kept changing. we had a supermodel night. We, for once, were the models

i made this dress for her the camera i used was real shitty so you can't see the print that well, but the top is cut out paper doll print and the skirt is polkadot embroidered cotton i dyed pink, with rit (which no one uses anymore for some reason) , with some yellow poly lace trim. it's cute, i like it. she's a little poser

jamie before the bangs. jaimez made me really happy when she came home..i mean to my house after work with mother board cuffs on her sleeves. i particularly love this print and get shunned for it so that part of me was satisfied to a kindred soul, but also that they are 17th century-esque cuffs at the end of her patchwork velvet lapeled jacket that she had hand sewn on at work cause she was bored. she is seriously one of my favorite people to see everyday, she has the same jamie look everyday but so many colors and patterns!!!! please comment if you agree she should add some lace under those cuffs! whoa is this the jamie post?

Clementine's Attic

This is basically my fantasy dress.

heavy vintage circus printed cotton lined with soft blue cotton the skirt is embroidered polkadot and tea dyed with a slight temperature of pink.

the monkey head came from a cheap stuffed animal from vegas. I didn't make the belt but Alexys showed me how cute the baby doll dresses were with a belt so i went to scrap and grabbed a couple for the shoot yesterday.

and i'm sure that it is obvious this number is one of my favorites too! let me start with my least favorite which is still up there in the tens. black lace trim, sequins, sharks? hell yes!

40 ounces of pink

brian got me some sticky labels of my name from work, and this is how i get to play with them. yesterday brian and i went to scrap and found a label maker so i just gotta order some of dem pink tape and i's got's me a headline for dem tapes.

fini. only took 5 hours , it's a little plain, i know but i liked the textures in the background and didn't want to steal too much from it. blue lace flower spots over pink and white polkadots with ice cream parlor spikes. i want to marry this handsome creature. plus my nails are the perfect color pink which makes hand stitching even more enjoyable.

i watched ghost world for the first time since i was 14 and realized that it was the beginning to a compilation of youtube clips. thora birch is my hero, (i'm sorry) but this was the most enjoyable thing out of that movie, and the buzzcocks, and thora birch. otherwise it was boring.
